firm conducts due diligence site visits with vendors to maintain current and detailed knowledge of their service model, capabilities,
and business direction. Vendors do not pay for these site visits and no revenue sharing arrangements exist. This ensures our
consulting services are completely objective and without any potential for a conflict of interest.
